We classify an Influencer as someone with 10,000+ genuine followers on just one of these platforms: Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter

Flutch is open to all brands,big and small, and those that represent them, including PR, Media, Advertising or Creative Agencies.

Flutch only charges when a brand hires influencer, it's that simple. It is completely free to sign up and post campaigns or send proposals on Flutch! No contracts, monthly charges or long-term commitments.

For Brands
Flutch charges a 10% fee when hiring an influencer. For example, if you hire an Influencer for INR 1000, the actual charge upon the completed campaign will be INR 1100.

For Influencers
Flutch charges 10% upon completion and brand approval of your content. For example, if you bid INR 1000 for a campaign, Flutch will pay you INR 900 once your submitted content has been approved by the brand. This does not include any processing fees.

Brands create the campaign briefs and from those, influencers create the content and post it on their social media account.

The influencer owns the content, as it's been created by them for a brand collaboration. Therefore a brand can share an influencer's post within the platform it appears, but cannot use the content for any advertising outside of that. Remember to share the post within the 30 days it's active.

Flutch uses your personal information to tailor and improve your experience on our platform. You can update this information through your profile section at any time. You also have the right to request to access, amend or in some cases remove the information that Flutch holds about you. No, however most brands allocate budget so that they can hire influencers as they come through. The average Flutch campaign is INR 60,000–INR 75,000 + GST. All quoted pricing includes Flutch Fees and excludes GST.

Yes, they can create a campaign on behalf of the brand. We work very closely with agencies of all shapes and sizes to help them launc succesful influencer marketing for their clients.

When an influencer submits a proposal for your campaign. You can check their profile which includes all the metrics required to make a decision

If your campaign has been declined, you can resubmit a new one for approval. Be sure to check example of the campaign here.

Be patient. It may take up to a week for campaigns to receive influencer proposals. If after a week you still have no response, we suggest you re-craft your campaign or widen the influencer search filters you’ve selected.

We ask that all of our Influencers respond in a timely manner. Please be sure to give the influencer at least 48 hours to respond unless it is an emergency. In the rare instance, you are having a hard time connecting with influencer you have hired we'd be more than happy to reach out on your behalf to help try and move the ball forward.

Simply email (hello@flutch.in) with your campaign name and the name of the influencer you are trying to reach. In the very rare instance if we are not able to make contact either we will release funds back to your wallet

In the rare event this occurs, please contact us at hello@tribegroup.co and we'll rectify the situation. You won't be charged for posts not published as agreed.

Just load your wallet enough to cover your campaign cost using your credit or debit card. Your wallet will be charged when you hire an influencer.

However, funds will be held in escrow with Flutch and is only released once you approved the content.

You'll have to create a new campaign. If you plan to only hire this particular creator, this applies. A creator cannot be hired twice for one campaign. You will have to go through the process of creating a new campaign and get approval from Flutch. Once approved, the creator can submit a new proposal offer and the process starts over.

Campaigns are approved within 48 hours after you submit it.

Yes, we'll refund into your wallet, when theinfluencer that you hired doesn't even after sending multiple follow-up messages.

You can write to us at hello@flutch.in with campaign name and influencer name to request a refund.

It is brands responsibility to send the product to the address shared by influencer while applying for the campaign.

When you want to use the content other than reposting organically on the same social median platform that influencer published.

The ratings help you understand the quaility and impact beyond vanity metrics.of influncer profile. They are measured by accounting metrics like engagement, prior work, fans growth over time, and many more.

Its up to you to decide how much you would like to charge for the campaign deliverables. However, your proposal may get declined if the brand feels that your charges are high.

Brand will send the product to the address that you shared while applying for the campaign.

Yes, brands are allowed to negotiate. But only accept if you feel comfortable.

You should post within 48 hours, unless otherwise directed by the brand.

Once you publish your approved post, money will be reflected in your wallet. Upon your request for withdrwal, we'll transfer you the requested amount into your bank account within 48hrs. You can check the status of your campaign payments under payments tab.

Be patient. Often brands like to see a number of submissions before they accept any or all of them. You may also want to re-submit with a lower offer, as high rates can deter brands.

You have to keep the post on your social medial account for a minimum duration of 30 days.
